I guess I really shouldn't make such a bold statement, as the Island always brings fresh surprises. However, if not the absolute best, the one belonging to the Waterfront Restaurant has to be among the top. When this picturesque building burned down a few years ago, the owner did an amazing thing...he rebuilt the old cottage, instead of bringing in something new. We on the Island are much the richer for his decision! Most people will tell you that not only are its fairy-tale chimney and spectacular view of Tampa Bay and the Anna Maria City Pier worth a visit, but the food is delicious!

Best Chimney on the Island!
I guess I really shouldn't make such a bold statement, as the Island always brings fresh surprises. However, if not the absolute best, the one belonging to the Waterfront Restaurant has to be among the top. When this picturesque building burned down a few years ago, the owner did an amazing thing...he rebuilt the old cottage, instead of bringing in something new. We on the Island are much the richer for his decision!
